Pricing & Project Details
What is your typical lead time?
Design Concept and Construction Documentation packages typically begin within 2–4 weeks of booking. Full-Service Design, Planning & Execution projects require a minimum 6-month lead time.
How is square footage defined?
Square footage is calculated using the total heated, finished living area measured to the exterior wall faces. Garages, unfinished basements, and covered porches are not included in the calculation.
Why is there a 3,500 sq ft limit?
The 3,500 sq ft maximum allows Elevate Consulting Group to keep its standard per-square-foot pricing accurate and predictable. Larger projects typically require more complex systems and coordination, so projects over 3,500 sq ft are quoted individually rather than billed at the standard rate.
What counts as a round of revisions?
One round of revisions consists of one consolidated set of requested changes that is reviewed and applied to the plans or renderings. Each Design Planning Package includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at the applicable hourly rate.
Can I upgrade packages after starting?
Yes. If you upgrade from a lower tier to a higher tier before your project is complete, 100% of the amount you have already paid is credited toward the price of the new tier.
Are plans prepared to Michigan code requirements?
All plans and documentation are prepared in accordance with the Michigan Residential Code.
